Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
OKSANA SUKHOVIY POLUKHINA is the DATA CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER’s personal data and hereby informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

How long will we retain your personal data?
Data will be retained for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing, or as required by applicable legal obligations. Once no longer necessary, data will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure anonymisation or complete destruction.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
No disclosure of personal data to third parties is foreseen, except where necessary for the development and fulfilment of the processing purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by applicable privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER’s rights are as follows:

- The right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that processing does not comply with applicable regulations.
